摘 要:研究了用硫酸从氧化铜矿石中浸出铜,考察了矿石粒径、硫酸浓度、浸出温度、浸出时间、双氧水添加量、搅拌速度和液固体积质量比对铜浸出率的影响。结果表明:在矿石粒径—74μm占80%,硫酸浓度2.5 mol/L、浸出温度60℃、浸出时间150 min、双氧水添加量100 mL/kg、搅拌速度100 r/min、液固体积质量比6∶1条件下,铜浸出率可达95.1%;浸出渣中仅有少量被脉石包裹的铜矿物未反应,其余大量铜矿物基本反应完全生成硫酸铜,浸出效果较好。The leaching of copper from copper oxide ores using sulfuric acid was studied.The effects of ore particle size,sulfur concentration,leaching temperature,leaching time,addition of H 2O 2,agitation speed and liquid volume/solid mass ratio on copper leaching rate were investigated.The result shows that the leaching rate of copper is 95.1%under the conditions of the content of-74μm of 80%,sulfur concentration of 2.5 mol/L,leaching temperature of 60℃,leaching time of 150 min,addition of H 2O 2 of 100 mL/kg,agitation speed of 100 r/min and liquid volume-solid mass ratio of 6∶1.Only a small amount of copper minerals inclused by gangue can not react in the leaching slag,and the rest of the copper minerals basically react to form copper sulfate.And the leaching effect is good.
