摘 要:研究了以氯化胆碱为氢键受体,分别以尿素、乙二酸、丙二酸为氢键供体制备3种低共熔溶剂(DESs),即ChCl-2Urea DES、ChCl-OA DES和ChCl-MA DES,并用于从含锌尘泥中浸出锌。通过红外光谱对3种低共熔溶剂进行了结构表征,考察了浸出温度、液固体积质量比和浸出时间对锌浸出率的影响。结果表明:在浸出温度70℃、液固体积质量比16 mL/1 g、浸出时间7 h、搅拌速度500 r/min最佳条件下,ChCl-MA DES、ChCl-OA DES、ChCl-2Urea DES的锌浸出率分别为99.30%、52.42%、40.08%,ChCl-MA DES浸出效果最佳。Three deep eutectic solvents(DESs),namely ChCl-2Urea DES,ChCl-OA DES and ChCl-MA DES,were prepared with choline chloride as hydrogen bond acceptor and urea,oxalic acid and malonic acid as hydrogen bond donors,and were used to leach zinc from zinc containing dust and mud.The structure of the three deep eutectic solvents was characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The effects of leaching temperature,liquid volume/solid mass ratio and leaching time on the leaching rate of zinc from zinc containing dust and mud were investigated.The results show that under the optimal conditions of leaching temperature of 70℃,liquid volume/solid mass ratio of 16 mL/1 g,leaching time of 7 h and stirring speed of 500 r/min,the zinc leaching rates of ChCl-MA DES,ChCl-OA DES and ChCl-2Urea DES are 99.30%,52.42%and 40.08%,respectively.The leaching effect of ChCl-MA DES is the best.
