摘 要:研制了一种三维电氧化反应装置并用于处理石灰过碱中和后的稀土皂化废水,考察了电流密度、填料、极板材质、原水水质、电解时间对稀土皂化废水中COD_(Cr)和氨氮去除率的影响。结果表明:以钌铱钛板为阳极、不锈钢板为阴极,活性炭颗粒为第三极,在极板间距4 cm、电流密度25 mA/cm~2、电氧化时间60 min、鼓气扰动条件下,COD_(Cr)去除率为29.5%,氨氮去除率达99.0%以上;以COD_(Cr)、氨氮计算的电氧化过程能耗分别为26.5~30.2、20.4~23.3 kW·h/kg。三维电氧化工艺可同时降低废水中的COD_(Cr)和氨氮,对废水中氨氮的去除效果显著,具有进一步研究和推广应用价值。A three-dimensional electrooxidation reaction device was developed for the treatment of rare earth saponification wastewater after lime neutralization.The effects of current density,filler,electrode plate material,raw water quality and reaction time on wastewater treatment were studied.The results show that with ruthenium-iridium titanium plate as anode,stainless steel plate as cathode and activated carbon particle as the third pole,the removal rate of COD Cr is 29.5%and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen is more than 99.0%under the conditions of plate spacing of 4 cm,current density of 25 mA/cm 2,electrooxidation time of 60 min and air blast disturbance.The power consumption based on COD Cr and ammonia nitrogen is 26.5~30.2 kW·h/kg and 20.4~23.3 kW·h/kg,respectively.The three-dimensional electrooxidation process can simultaneously reduce COD Cr and ammonia nitrogen in wastewater,and has a remarkable effect on the removal of the removal effect of ammonia nitrogen,which has the value of further research and popularization.
