摘　　要：现代医学中“肝硬化”“肝癌”等慢性肝病均可归为中医“肝积”范畴,临床病因见于正气内虚、情志内伤、服药不当、饮食不洁等。关幼波认为肝积病机关键为正不抗邪,虚损生积。临证围绕“调理肝脾肾,中州要当先”和“审证必求因,气血为主题”特色学术理论,以“气血辨证”和“中州理论”双重视角分析疾病,指出治病求本必当以补为要,治疗原则为益气健脾畅中,使正气得盛,疾病趋之向愈。组方以大量生黄芪为君,调气和血,中宫得立,固本清源,正复邪祛。In modern medicine,chronic liver diseases such as"liver cirrhosis"and"liver cancer"can all be classified under the category of"liver stagnation"in traditional Chinese medicine,whose clinical causes are related to the deficiency of vital qi,emotional disturbances,improper medications,and unclean diet.Guanyou Bo,one of the most renowned experts in traditional Chinese medicine,believes that the key pathogenesis of liver stagnation lies in the inability of the body's healthy qi to resist pathogenic factors,leading to the pathogen accumulation in the liver.Based on the unique academic theories that"giving a priority to regulating the middle jiao to regulate the liver,spleen and kidneys"and"figuring out the root cause through a syndrome differentiation,with qi and blood as the highlight",he delves into the disease from the dual perspectives of differentiation of qi and blood syndromes and the middle jiao theory,pointing out that the treatment of the disease should focus on nourishing the body,while its treatment principle is nourishing qi,strengthening the spleen,promoting the smooth qi flow in the middle jiao,so that the body's healthy qi is abundant and the disease tends to heal.In his prescription,a large dose of raw milkvetch root is used as the sovereign drug,which acts to regulate both qi and blood,establish a balance in the middle jiao,strengthen the body,eliminate pathogenic factors,and expel evils while preserve the vital qi.
