摘　　要：餐后低血压临床上老年人为高发群体,常发生于早餐后,伴血压控制不良,诊治率低。王新志从脾肾相关理论出发,认为老年餐后低血压发生的主要病机在于脾肾亏虚,发病的关键诱发因素为气机升降失常,主要病理实邪为痰凝血瘀,治疗上结合老人脏腑生理病理特点,兼顾病后多思虑的心理变化,提出健脾益肾、畅达气机、久病治瘀等法则,实中焦、固肾本、调脏腑、理气血,取得了良好的诊疗效果。There is no definite name for postprandial hypotension in traditional Chinese medicine.Clinically,the elderly are a high incidence group,which often occurs after breakfast,with poor blood pressure control,and a low clinical diagnosis and treatment rate.Professor Wang Xinzhi,based on the spleen-kidney correlation theory,believes that the main pathogenesis of postprandial hypotension in the elderly is the spleen and kidney deficiency,while the abnormal rise and fall of qi movement is its key inducing factor,and phlegm coagulation and blood stasis are its main pathological pathogenic factors.In terms of its treatment,taking into account the physiological and pathological characteristics of the viscera of the elderly,and their psychological changes after the disease,he creatively proposes the principles of strengthening the spleen and kidney,smoothing the qi movement,and eliminating blood stasis in case of a prolonged course,so as to strengthen the middle energizer,consolidate the kidney essence,regulate the viscera,and activate the qi and blood circulation.His clinical practice in this respect has produced a remarkable effect.
