摘　　要：目的观察天窗穴注射联合筋膜针法治疗交感神经型颈椎病的疗效。方法选取2021年3月-2023年2月在安徽中医药大学第二附属医院接受治疗的交感神经型颈椎病患者100例,采用随机密封信封法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组采用天窗穴注射联合筋膜针法治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗方案。通过视觉模拟评分(VAS)、生命质量量表(SF-36)、颈交感神经症状评分(SSS)、广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)、颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)、颈椎总活动度(ROM)和全血高切黏度(HBV)、全血低切黏度(LBV)、血浆黏度(PV)、纤维蛋白原(PF)等多种指标,评价临床疗效和功能障碍改善情况。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组VAS、SSS、GAD-7评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);2组SF-36评分均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组VAS、SSS、GAD-7评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后SF-36评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组NDI指数均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),2组ROM值均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。2组HBV、LBV、PV、PF值均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组HBV、LBV、PV、PF值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论天窗穴注射联合筋膜针法治疗交感型颈椎病是一种有效的治疗方法,能够显著改善患者的疼痛、生命质量和颈椎功能。Objective To observe the curative effect of Tianchuang point injection combined with fascia acupuncture in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 100 patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis treated in our hospital from March 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the subjects of the study,and they were divided into an observation group and a control group by the random sealed envelope method,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Tianchuang point injection combined with fascia acupuncture,while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.The clinical efficacy and improvement of dysfunction were evaluated by observing the changes in the visual analogue scale(VAS),quality of life scale(SF-36),cervical sympathetic symptom score(SSS),generalized anxiety scale(GAD-7),cervical dysfunction index(NDI),total cervical range of motion(ROM),whole blood high shear viscosity(HBV),whole blood low shear viscosity(LBV),plasma viscosity(PV),fibrinogen(PF)and other indicators.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS,SSS,and GAD-7 scores in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),while the SF-36 scores in both groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05).A further analysis showed that the VAS,SSS,and GAD-7 scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the SF-36 scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NDI indexes in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the ROM values in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the values of HBV,LBV,PV and PF in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the values of HBV,LBV,PV and PF in the observation group were significa
