摘 要:本文以东庞矿21221综采工作面为工程背景,综合采用理论计算、数值分析、现场实践等多重方法,研究采场覆岩破断规律与巷道围岩破坏机制,确定了软煤厚硬基本顶沿空掘巷窄煤柱宽度为7 m,并对其支护技术及机理进行深入研究。结果表明:①理论计算显示,窄煤柱合理宽度范围为4.94~8.1 m;②数值模拟结果显示,7~9 m煤柱尺寸时,煤柱和巷道上方围岩塑性区区域减小,弹性核区范围扩大,有利于锚杆索在顶板中的锚固;③工程实践表明,7 m窄煤柱及软煤沿空巷道综合控制技术可有效控制巷道围岩大变形,巷道断面满足使用要求。Based on the engineering background of No.21221 fully mechanized mining face in Dongpang Mine,multiple methods such as theoretical calculation,numerical analysis and field practice were used to study the failure law of overlying strata and the failure mechanism of roadway surrounding rock.The width of narrow coal pillar in gob-side entry driving along thick and hard basic roof of soft coal was determined to be 7 m,and its support technology and mechanism were studied in depth.The results showed that:1 the theoretical calculation showed that the reasonable width range of narrow coal pillar was 4.94-8.1 m;2 The numerical simulation results showws that when the size of coal pillar was 7-9 m,the plastic zone area of surrounding rock above coal pillar and roadway decreased,and the range of elastic core area expanded,which was beneficial to the anchoring of bolt cable in roof.The engineering practice showed that the comprehensive control technology of 7 m narrow coal pillar and soft coal gob-side roadway could effectively control the large deformation of roadway surrounding rock,and the roadway section met the requirements of use.
