摘 要:为研究综放开采技术在“两软一硬”不稳定煤层中的适用性,以云煤二矿为例,对其开采后上覆岩层的移动规律和采场围岩应力分布规律进行数值模拟,并对采场液压支架工作阻力和回采巷道超前支护压力进行监测,数值模拟结果与矿压观测数据一致,老顶周期来压明显,来压步距17~20 m,超前支承压力影响范围0~39 m。综放开采技术在“两软一硬”不稳定煤层中安全高效实施产生了显著的经济效益和社会效益,对其它类似条件下“两软一硬”不稳定煤层的机械化与智能化开采具有参考价值。In order to study the applicability of comprehensive caving mine technology in‘two soft and one hard’unstable coal seams,Yunmei No.2 Mine was taken as an example,numerical simulation was conducted on the movement law of the overlying strata and the stress distribution law of the surrounding rock in the stope after mining,and the working resistance of the hydraulic support in the stope and the advance support pressure of the mining roadway were monitored.The numerical simulation results were consistent with the observation data of the mine pressure,indicating that the periodic weighting of the main roof was significant,with a weighting step distance of about 17~20 m,The influence range of advanced bearing pressure was 0~39 m.The safe and efficient implementation of comprehensive mining technology in‘two soft and one hard’unstable coal seams had produced significant economic and social benefits.
