摘 要:城郊煤矿二水平南翼轨道大巷位于二2煤顶板的砂质泥岩中,自成巷后每年维修1~2次,成本较高。为此,通过现场调研,总结了其变形特征,并针对变形原因,提出了围岩强度强化和关键部位补强的控制思路,分析了注浆加固围岩的机理,最后确定采用全断面高强锚杆和底板锚索注浆和反底拱的支护方式,设计了全断面支护方案。现场应用取得了较好的支护效果。The track roadway in the south wing of the second level Chengjiao Mine is located in the sandy mudstone of the roof of the second 2 coal seam.After the roadway was formed,it was repaired 1~2 times a year,and the cost was high.Therefore,through field investigation,the deformation characteristics were summarized.Aiming at the cause of deformation,the control idea of strengthening the strength of surrounding rock and strengthening the key parts was put forward,and the mechanism of grouting reinforcement of surrounding rock was analyzed.Finally,the support mode of full-section high-strength bolt,floor anchor cable grouting and inverted arch was determined,and the full-section support scheme was designed.The field application had achieved good supporting effect.
