摘  要:针对唐家会矿井下存在的DF201导水断层影响61202工作面回风顺槽安全掘进的问题,为查明断层导水情况,消除突水威胁,合理布置该工作面,采用定向钻进技术对DF201断层进行探查治理,累计施工底板定向钻孔11个,总进尺2544 m,证实该断层导通底板奥灰水。通过钻孔注浆工艺封堵导水断层及裂隙,累计注入水泥431.85 t,断层附近的总出水量减小为约10 m^(3)/h,有效降低了断层突水风险,为巷道安全掘进提供了有利保障。Aiming at the problem that the DF201 water conducting fault in Tangjiahui Mine affected the safe excavation of the return air roadway of No.61202 Face,in order to find out the water conducting condition of the fault,eliminate the threat of water outburst,and reasonably arrange the working face,the directional drilling technology was used to explore and control the DF201 fault.A total of 11 directional drilling holes were drilled in the floor,with a total footage of 2544 m,which confirmed that the fault conducted the Ordovician limestone water in the floor.Through the drilling grouting process,the water conducting faults and cracks were sealed,and 431.85 t of cement was injected cumulatively.The total water outflow near the fault was reduced to about 10 m^(3)/h,which effectively reduced the risk of water outburst from the fault and provided a favorable guarantee for the safe excavation of the roadway.
