摘　　要：为实现矸石充填工作面不间断充填开采,提高充填工作面矸石充填效率,邢东矿将原有的运矸皮带和抛矸皮带两部矸石输送皮带合二为一,省去一部抛矸皮带,对运矸皮带机尾进行了适应性技术改造,研制、加工出一套运矸皮带尾部组件并固定在工作面支架上,使矸石直接通过运矸皮带运输至支架后部的刮板输送机上,出煤的同时随架充填,降低了施工成本,预计每年节约成本17万余元,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。In order to realize the continuous backfilling and improve the filling efficiency of the gangue backfilling face,the original gangue conveyor belt and the gangue throwing belt was combined into one in Xingdong Mine,a gangue throwing belt waseliminated,and adaptive technical transformation on the tail of the gangue conveyor belt was carried.A set of tail components of the gangue conveyor belt was developed and processed and fixed on the support of the working face,so that the gangue was directly transported to the scraper conveyor at the rear of the support through the gangue conveyor belt,and the coal was filled with the frame at the same time,which reduced the construction cost.It was estimated that the cost was saved by more than 170,000 yuan per year,and good economic and social benefits were achieved.
