摘 要:混凝是处理煤泥水等微细颗粒悬浮体系的重要方法之一。文献分析表明,混凝过程受到水力条件、悬浮颗粒性质和加药制度等因素的影响,从力学角度分析,这些因素可归为颗粒之间的相互作用及颗粒与流体间的相互作用两个方面。而这两个作用力的液固耦合数值模拟是从介观尺度研究分析颗粒凝聚行为的直观且有效的方法。目前主流的液固耦合凝聚过程数值模拟模型中,CFD-DEM耦合模型满足绝大多数模拟研究,LBM-DEM更适合于处理复杂流场。Coagulation is one of the important methods to treat fine particle suspension systems such as slime water.The literature analysis shows that the coagulation process is affected by factors such as hydraulic conditions,suspended particle properties and dosing system.From the perspective analysis of mechanics,these factors can be classified into two aspects:the interaction between particles and the interaction between particles and fluid.The liquid-solid coupling numerical simulation based on these two forces is an intuitive and effective method to analyze the particle aggregation behavior from the mesoscopic scale.In the current mainstream numerical simulation models of liquid-solid coupling condensation process,the CFD-DEM coupling model satisfies most of the simulation studies,and the LBM-DEM is more suitable for dealing with complex flow fields.
