摘  要:钾钙镁是植物生长所必须的元素,土壤速效钾、交换性钙镁的测定是测土配方施肥和耕地地力评价的重要内容,对土壤综合生产能力的发挥具有至关重要的作用。为了准确、快速测定土壤标品中速效钾、交换性钙及交换性镁,采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法进行测定,测定结果准确可靠,精确度、可靠性、稳定性良好,方法检出限低。设计正交实验研究速效钾、交换性钙镁最佳前处理方法包括恒温搅拌浸提、浸提温度为30℃、浸提时间为120 min、土样与乙酸铵浸提液的比例为1∶30,可得到满意结果。The determination of soil available potassium and exchangeable calcium and magnesium is an important content of formula fertilization and farmland fertility evaluation,it plays a vital role in the development of soil comprehensive productive capacity.In order to determine the available potassium,exchangeable calcium and exchangeable magnesium in soil samples accurately and rapidly,the icp-aes method was used in this paper,the precision,reliability and stability are good,and the detection limit is low.In this paper,the optimum pre-treatment method of quick-acting potassium and exchangeable calcium-magnesium was studied by orthogonal experiment:constant temperature agitation extraction,extraction temperature 30℃,extraction time 120 min,the ratio of soil sample to ammonium acetate extraction solution 1∶30,a satisfactory result can be obtained.
