石菖蒲研究热点及前沿的文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的 本研究通过探讨和梳理中药石菖蒲研究领域的发展概况,为掌握其研究趋势与把握研究热点提供参考。方法 检索中国知网及Web of Science中2011年01月01日至2022年12月31日收录的文献,利用Microsoft Office Excel 2017统计该领域刊文量的变化趋势。借助Cite Space进行作者合作、机构合作、关键词共现聚类及突现等分析,并结合中医药基本理论解读分析结果,同时对分析结果进行可视化展示,进而明确本领域的研究现状、趋势及热点。结果 共纳入1123篇中文文献及143篇英文文献,结果显示,本领域发文量整体呈上升趋势,并形成了较为稳定的研究团队。机构合作分析显示,中医药院校是石菖蒲领域的研究主力,但各机构间合作较为松散。关键词分析结果显示石菖蒲的成分分析、配伍应用一直是近年的研究热点,同时,其临床应用及配伍将是未来的研究方向。结论 本研究利用文献计量学的方法,从多角度梳理了石菖蒲研究领域的发展概况,并探讨其研究热点。该结果可使研究者清晰地认识到近十年来石菖蒲研究的发展脉络,从而较为准确地把握本领域未来的研究方向。Objective This study aims to provide a reference for grasping its research trends and hot spots by discussing and sorting out the development overview of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma.Methods Retrieving the literature in CNKI and Web of Science from January 01,2011 to December 31,2022,applying the Microsoft Office Excel 2017 to count the changing trend of the number of publications in this field.The CiteSpace software was used to analyze author cooperation,institutional cooperation,keyword co-occurrence clustering and emergence,combined with the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine to interpret these analysis results.At the same time,the analysis results were visualized to clarify the research status,trends and hot spots in this field.Results A total of 1,123 Chinese articles and 143 English articles were incorporated,and the results showed that the number of publications in this field was on the rise as a whole,and a relatively stable research team had been formed as well.The results of institutional cooperation demonstrated that colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine were the main research force in this field,but the cooperation among various institutions was relatively loose.The results of keyword analysis demonstrated that the composition analysis and compatibility application of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma had been research hotspots in recent years,and its clinical application and compatibility will be the research direction in the future.Conclusion This study sorts out the development of the research field of Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma from different perspectives and discusses its research hot spots by the means of bibliometrics.The results can enable researchers to clearly understand the development in the past ten years,so as to more accurately grasp the future research direction in this field.
