2012—2022年国内鼻咽癌放疗患者护理文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的:对近10年来我国鼻咽癌放射治疗中有关护理工作的文献资料进行定量分析,探讨其发展趋势。方法:通过检索中国知网、万方、维普等数据库,对2012—2022年间已出版的关于鼻咽癌细胞放射治疗护理的相关文献进行整理,并通过VOSviewer及CiteSpace等工具进行可视化分析。结果:2012—2022年共发表论文1 886篇,平均每年171篇;发文作者共3 310人,核心作者129人,聚类为9个团队;发文机构共894个,机构图谱节点分布零散,以广东、广西和福建为主;研究热点主要聚焦放疗副反应护理、循证护理、优质护理等新型护理模式研究及临床应用评价;主题演变主线为单症状毒副反应护理向到聚焦提高鼻咽癌患者生活质量的综合护理与全程护理研究模式转变;优质护理、信息化护理、全程护理、心理护理等新型护理模式探索将是未来的发展所趋。结论:近10年研究数量有所上升,但研究团队分散,研究成果与质量有待提高,核心团队还有待形成,作者或机构之间存在一定的学术壁垒,建议各地区之间加强合作交流,推进高水平成果的产出;探索新的护理技术与护理模式,致力于提高临床疗效,充分发挥护理优势。Objective:To quantitatively analyzed literature on nursing work in radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma in China in the past 10 years,and exploration of its development trend.Methods:By searching databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP,relevant literature on nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell radiotherapy care published between 2012 and 2022 was organized and using visualized tools such as VOSviewer and CiteSpace.Results:From 2012 to 2022,published 1886 papers,an average of 171 papers had been published per year;there are a total of 3310 authors and 129 core authors,clustered into 9 teams;there were a total of 894 publishing institutions,scattered in 9 institutional teams,mainly in Guangdong,Guangxi,and Fujian;research hotspots mainly focused on the research and clinical application evaluation of new nursing models such as radiotherapy side effect nursing,evidence-based nursing,and high-quality nursing;the main theme of the evolution is the shift from single symptom toxic side effect nursing to a comprehensive and comprehensive nursing research model focused on improving the quality of life of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients;the exploration of new nursing models such as high-quality nursing,information-based nursing,full process nursing,and psychological nursing would be the future development trend.Conclusion:In the past decade or so,the number of research has increased,but the research team is scattered,and the quality of research results needs to be improved.The core team still needs to be formed,and there are certain academic barriers between authors or institutions.It is recommended to strengthen cooperation and exchange among regions to promote the output of high-level achievements;we shall explore new nursing techniques and models,be committed to improving clinical efficacy and fully leveraging nursing advantages.
