摘  要:内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)被广泛应用于消化道肿瘤的早期诊断及治疗,但ESD会造成医源性溃疡,并可能存在出血和穿孔等并发症,现有的术后治疗措施,如抑酸、黏膜保护药物的应用及术中电凝、止血夹止血都存在着一定的局限性。因此,需要先进的创面管理措施来促进ESD术后愈合及预防并发症,本文就近年来新型生物材料在ESD术后的应用研究及其机制做一综述,以期促进进一步的相关研究。Endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)is widely used in the early diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal tumors.However,ESD may cause iatrogenic ulcers and be accompanied by complications such as bleeding and perforation.The existing treatment measures after ESD,such as the application of the antacids and the mucosa protectors have certain limitations,and there are also shortcomings of electrocoagulation and hemostatic clips.Therefore,advanced wound management measures are needed to promote postoperative wound healing and prevent complications.We review the application and mechanism of novel biomaterials in ESD according to literatures for the past few years,in order to promote the further related research.
