摘　　要：减重代谢手术自20世纪50年代开展以来,经历几十年的发展,已成为治疗肥胖和相关并发症最有效的外科干预手段。但随着时间的推移,部分患者出现了术后复胖的现象。复胖的原因包括手术方式的选择,精神因素和患者的依从性等。针对患者术后复胖这一现象,目前治疗方式分为心理及行为干预、饮食控制、药物干预、内镜干预和修正手术。本文通过文献调研,对减重代谢手术后复胖的原因和进一步治疗进行综述。Bariatric metabolic surgery has been developed for decades since its inception in the 1950s and has become the most effective surgical intervention for the treatment of obesity and related complications.However,with the passage of time,some patients experienced postoperative re-obesity.The causes of re-obesity include the choice of operation,mental factors and patient compliance.In view of the phenomenon of postoperative obesity,the current treatment methods are divided into psychological and behavioral intervention,diet control,pharmacological intervention,endoscopic intervention and surgical revision.This article reviews the causes and further treatment of weight regain after bariatric metabolic surgery through literature review.
