摘 要:为开发新型的碱性耐火原料以作为对镁砂的有益补充,以天然镁橄榄石细粉(≤0.045 mm)和菱镁矿细粉(≤0.045 mm)为主要原料,按一定比例混合湿磨后压制成形并经1550℃煅烧,得到了以镁橄榄石为主晶相的新型碱性耐火原料,并探讨了该种原料在镁质浇注料中的应用。结果表明:随着镁橄榄石骨料加入量的增加,浇注料的体积密度下降,显气孔率上升;经过不同温度加热后,浇注料的加热永久线变化表现出了先上升后下降的趋势,而常温强度则表现出了先下降后上升的趋势;浇注料的高温抗折强度先下降后上升而后再下降;荷重软化温度呈逐渐下降趋势;当镁橄榄石骨料的加入量达到27%左右时,浇注料表现出了最好的热震稳定性。In order to develop a kind of new basic refractory material as a beneficial supplement to magnesia,natural forsterite fine powder(≤0.045 mm)and magnesite fine powder(≤0.045 mm)were used as the main raw materials,mixed in a certain proportion,wet ground,pressed,and calcined at 1550℃,and new basic refractory materials with forsterite as the main crystal phase was obtained.The application of this raw material in magnesium based castables was explored.The results show that with the increase of forsterite aggregate content,the bulk density of castable decreases and the apparent porosity increases;after heating at different temperatures,the permanent linear change of the casting material shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing;the room temperature strength shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing;the high-temperature bending strength of the castable first decreases,then increases,and then decreases again;the softening temperature under load gradually decreases;when the addition of forsterite aggregate reaches about 27%,the castable shows the best thermal shock stability.
