摘  要:着重探讨了一种新型纳米碳材料石墨烯在ASC铁沟浇注料中的应用。以电熔棕刚玉、白刚玉、碳化硅、超微粉、纯铝酸钙水泥、碳源、抗氧化剂等为主要原料,分别引入0、0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%的石墨烯,为保证碳量相当,对应引入高温沥青粉2%、1.5%、1%、0.5%、0,外加适量水均匀搅拌,保证施工流动性能,振动成型,研究了纳米碳石墨烯对Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC-C铁沟料浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:随石墨烯的增加,试样的体积密度先增大后减小,强度先升高后降低;当石墨烯加入质量分数为1%时,浇注料的综合性能最佳。The application of graphene,a new nano carbon material,in ASC iron ditch castables was discussed mainly.The fused brown corundum,white corundum,silicon carbide,ultra-fine powder,pure calcium aluminate cement,carbon source and antioxidant were used as the main raw materials,and 0,0.5%,1%,1.5%and 2%of graphene were introduced respectively.In order to ensure the same carbon content,2%,1.5%,1%,0.5%and 0 of high-temperature asphalt powder were introduced,and an appropriate amount of water was added for uniform mixing to ensure the construction fluidity and vibration molding.The influence of nano carbon graphene on the properties of Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC-C iron ditch castable was studied.The results show that with the increase of graphene,the bulk density of the sample first increases and then decreases,and the strength first increases and then decreases.When the mass fraction of graphene is 1%,the comprehensive performance of the castable is the best.
