摘 要:以某公司大型步进式轧钢加热炉为研究对象,利用Fluent流体计算软件对轧钢加热炉内4种不同高度隔墙结构的温度场分布进行模拟,研究隔墙高度对炉内加热情况的影响。结果表明:炉底隔墙太高会阻碍炉膛下部气流的运动,大量炉气上翻至上部炉膛造成上下炉膛温度分布不均匀;炉底隔墙高度太低会促使下部炉膛炉气流动,有利于下部炉膛温度均匀性,但也会造成上下炉膛温度不均匀;炉底隔墙高度1.36 m时对板坯加热和提高炉温均匀性都有利。Taking a large walking beam reheating furnace of a company as the research object,the temperature field distribution of four different height partition structures in the rolling reheating furnace was simulated by using Fluent fluid calculation software,and the influence of partition height on the situation of the furnace was studied.The results show that too high the furnace bottom partition wall will hinder the movement of air flow in the lower part of the furnace,and a large amount of furnace gas will turn up to the upper furnace,resulting in uneven temperature distribution in the upper and lower furnaces;if the height of the furnace bottom partition is too low,it will promote the flow of furnace gas in the lower furnace,which is beneficial for the uniformity of temperature in the lower furnace,but it will also cause uneven temperature in the upper and lower furnaces;when the height of the furnace bottom partition wall is 1.36 m,it is beneficial for both slab heating and improving furnace temperature uniformity.
