摘  要:为探究兰炭在煤粉工业锅炉上的适用性,以神木兰炭粉为原料,通过燃油预热、拌燃、通入纯氧等方法,在卧式煤粉工业锅炉上进行了燃烧试验,分析了着火、稳燃和燃尽情况。结果表明:在空气系数为1.2、一二三次风比例为1︰5︰4、燃油预热10 min、拌燃12 min的条件下,兰炭粉在卧式煤粉工业锅炉上能够实现着火和自维持稳定燃烧,但是存在着火靠后、残炭率偏高、低负荷无法稳燃等问题。提出改变锅炉和燃烧器结构尺寸、减小兰炭粒径、增加二次风温度和旋流角度等措施,达到增加燃烧器内温度、减少颗粒着火需要的热量和燃尽需要的时间的目的,促使兰炭能够在煤粉工业锅炉上实现低负荷稳燃、着火正常和提高燃烧效率。To explore the applicability of semi-coke in coal-fired industrial boilers,combustion tests were conducted on a horizontal coal-fired industrial boiler using Shenmu semi-coke powder as raw materials,through methods such as fuel preheating,mixed combustion,and introduction of pure oxygen.The ignition,stable combustion,and burnout conditions were analyzed.The results show that under the conditions of air coefficient of 1.2 and a ratio of 1︰5︰4 for primary,secondary,and tertiary air,fuel preheating for 10 min,and mixed combustion for 12 min,semi-coke powder can achieve ignition and selfsustaining stable combustion on a horizontal pulverized coal industrial boiler.However,there are problems such as delayed ignition,high residual carbon rate,and inability to stabilize combustion at low loads.Measures such as changing the structural dimensions of the boiler and burner,reducing the size of semicoke particles,increasing the temperature of secondary air,and swirl angle are proposed,to achieve the goals of increasing the temperature inside the burner,reducing the heat required for particle ignition,and the time required for burnout,and promoting the stable combustion at low load,normal ignition,and high combustion efficiency of semi-coke in coal-fired industrial boilers.
