摘  要:在对白色烟羽形成机理及控制方法研究的基础上,提出基于冷凝法的锅炉烟气脱白及余热回收系统。以10 t生物质真空锅炉为例进行烟气余热回收试验,最终得出:烟气余热回收量为1422.4 MJ/h,转换成生物质颗粒燃料约为84.9 kg/h;整个供暖季共计节省各项费用共计约195840元;烟气中水蒸气含量减少63.5%,水蒸气冷凝成大量小水滴,可有效控制烟气含尘量。证明烟气脱白净化及余热回收系统具备推广价值。Based on the study of the formation mechanism and control methods of white smoke plumes,a boiler flue gas whitening and waste heat recovery system is proposed based on condensation method.Taking a 10 t biomass vacuum boiler as an example,the flue gas waste heat recovery test was carried out,and the final results show that:the flue gas waste heat recovery amount is 1422.4 MJ/h,which is about 84.9 kg/h when converts into biomass Pellet fuel;the total cost saved in the whole heating season is about 195840 yuan;the water vapor content in the flue gas reduces by 63.5%.The water vapor condenses into a large number of small water droplets,which can effectively control the dust content in the flue gas.The flue gas whitening purification and waste heat recovery system have promotion value.
