摘  要:针对某中板厂加热炉现有换向阀气动气源连接工艺特点,采用简化连接结构的方法优化连接工艺,达到节省气动气源连接管道安装成本、减少泄漏点位数量、减轻巡检工作量的目的。加热炉实施连接工艺优化改造完成后换向阀运行稳定,实现了降低安装成本和减少泄露点位的工艺优化目标。In response to the characteristics of the existing pneumatic connection process for the reversing valve in the heating furnace of a medium plate factory,a simplified connection structure method is adopted to optimize the connection process,which achieves the goals of saving the installation cost of the pneumatic gas source connection pipeline,reducing the number of leakage points,and reducing the workload of inspection.After the optimization and transformation of the connection process for the heating furnace,the directional valve operates stably,achieving the process optimization goals of reducing installation costs and leakage points.
