摘  要:为研究涡流发生器安装间距对翼型水动力性能的影响,以NACA0018翼型为研究对象,基于计算流体动力学软件STAR-CCM+,采用SST k-ω湍流模型,研究涡流发生器在不同安装间距下对翼型在失速过程中的流动控制效果和激涡质量的影响。结果表明:在翼型失速之前,涡流发生器对翼型的水动力性能的影响不大;在翼型失速之后,涡流发生器在任意安装间距下均能抑制翼型表面的流动分离,增大翼型的升力系数,最大可增大16.7%。涡流发生器的安装间距会对其工作效果产生影响,存在最佳安装间距,且间距过大或过小都会影响涡流发生器的激涡质量,从而影响其流动控制效果。In order to study the influence of eddy current generator mounting spacing on the hydrodynamic performance of airfoil,NACA0018 airfoil is taken as the research object,based on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software STAR-CCM+and k-ωSST turbulence model.The results show that before the airfoil stall,VGs has little effect on the hydrodynamic performance of the airfoil;After the stall,VGs can suppress the flow separation on the airfoil surface at any spacing and improve the lift coefficient of the airfoil,which can increase by 16.7%.The installation spacing affects the working effect of VGs.The optimal spacing exists in VGs.If the spacing is too large or too small,the excited vortex quality of VGs will be affected,thus affecting the flow control effect.
