摘　　要：为解决现行定期修理模式下舰船装备预防性修理过多依赖等级修理集中开展以及在航修理与等级修理缺乏有机衔接的问腿,提出一种基于技术状态的连续维修修理模式。为科学合理地界定在航修理与等级修理的工程范围,运用层次分析法求解多目标且无结构特性的修理工程复杂决策问题,从隶属设备可选性、随时可恢复性、换件修理可行性和维修资源配套性等4方面构建预防性修理项目在航修理适应性综合评估模型。研究表明:原基地级预防性修理项目中有60%以上可实施在航修理,仅有不到40%需停航修理;40余型主要舰船采用新型修理模式后,各修理类别舰船的停航时间大幅缩短。结合新型修理模式的运用,配套建立“依据装备状态确定修理需求”“装备整机和大部件轮换修理”“常态化年度检修”的运行机制,实现对舰船全生命周期内的合理使用与适时修理的科学统筹。To address the issue of excessive reliance on centralized level maintenance for preventive repairs of ship equipment under the current regular repair mode,as well as the lack of organic connection between in-service and level maintenance,a continuous maintenance and repair mode based on technical status is proposed.The technical problem faced in the construction of the new model is how to scientifically and reasonably define the scope of in-flight repair and grade repair works.Innovative use of analytic hierarchy process to solve complex decision-making problems of repair engineering with multi-objective and no structural characteristics.Through the four aspects of subordinate equipment optional,recover-ability at any time,feasibility of replacement and repair,and compatibility of maintenance resources.Demonstration and construction a comprehensive assessment model for the adaptability of preventive repair projects in flight repair.Analysis and research show that more than 60%of the original base-level preventive repair projects can be implemented on-flight repairs,and only less than 40%of the projects need to be suspended for repairs.After more than 40 types of major ships adopt the new repair mode,the suspension time of each repair category has been greatly shortened.Combined with the application of the new repair mode,supporting the establishment of operating mechanisms such as"determining repair requirements based on equipment status""equipment complete machine and large parts rotation repair""regular annual maintenance".The scientific coordination of reasonable use and timely repair of ships throughout the life of the ship are realized.
