摘 要:随着空间环境碎片日趋增多,航天器因碎片碰撞而发生泄漏的概率明显增大,这必然会影响航天器在轨运行寿命,亟需进行在轨泄漏超声频谱特性分析影响研究。因此,本文重点研究了探测距离、感知范围、检测方向、移动检测以及多层包覆层对不同尺寸漏孔泄漏超声频谱特性的影响规律。结果表明:空气传播的泄漏超声检漏方法可检测Ф0.3mm的泄漏孔,探测距离达500mm,检测方向角在±30°内,特征频率在37~43kHz之间存在主峰,移动巡检定位精度可达±20mm以内;多层包覆层会对探测产生复杂影响,包覆层面积越大,检测灵敏度和强度越低。所研究成果具有一定普适性,可以为后续实施在轨堵漏措施提供技术支持。With the increasing of space environment debris,the probability of spacecraft leakage increases significantly due to debris collision,which will inevitably affect the operational life of spacecraft in orbit.It is urgent to study the impact of ultrasonic spectrum of in-orbit leakage.Therefore,this paper focuses on studying the influence law of detection distance,sensing range,detection direction,mobile detection and multilayer on the ultrasonic spectrum characteristics of different leaks.The results show that the airborne leakage ultrasonic leak detection method can detect leakage hole ofФ0.3mm,the detection distance is up to 500mm,the detection direction angle is within±30°,the characteristic frequency has main peak between 37-43kHz,the mobile inspection positioning accuracy is up to within±20mm.The multilayer cladding layer has a complex impact on detection,the larger the cladding area,the lower the detection sensitivity and intensity.The research results have certain universality,it could provide technical support for the subsequent implementation of in-orbit leakage plugging measures.
