华西牛新品种培育及对我国肉牛育种的启示

摘　　要：良种是肉牛业发展的关键和核心竞争力,而我国肉牛育种起步较晚,品种开发利用率低,繁育体系不完善,核心种源对外依存度高,产业可持续发展受到制约。以专用化肉牛新品种——华西牛培育为例,从华西牛培育历程,到华西牛繁育体系建设以及种牛推广模式进行了详细概述和分析,期望为建立符合我国国情的肉牛育种体系提供参考和借鉴。Improved breeds are the key and core competitiveness of beef cattle industry development.However,Chinese beef cattle breeding started relatively late,with low variety development and utilization rate,incomplete breeding system,and high external dependence of core breeds,which restricts the sustainable development of the industry.This paper takes the new breed of specialized beef cattle-Huaxi cattle breeding as an example,and provides a detailed overview and analysis from the breeding process of Huaxi cattle to the construction of Huaxi cattle breeding system and the promotion mode of breeding cattle,hoping to provide reference for the establishment of beef cattle breeding system in line with China's national conditions.
