摘　　要：为了满足吉林省肉牛产业发展需求,面对肉牛良种扩繁过程中存在的繁殖效率低、技术应用效果差、人才缺乏等问题。围绕肉牛繁殖技术的生产应用,总结了良种扩繁技术要点,梳理了早期选种、发情鉴定、超数排卵、人工授精、活体采卵、胚胎移植等繁殖技术的操作细则,为技术规范应用与效果提升提供理论依据。对现有繁殖技术进行集成应用,强化繁殖管理,充分挖掘优良种畜繁殖潜力,为打造现代肉牛种业提供有利条件。In order to meet the development needs of beef cattle industry in Jilin province,facing the problems such as low breeding efficiency,poor technical application effect and lack of talents in the process of expanding and propagating beef cattle improved varieties,focusing on the production and application of beef cattle breeding technology,we summarized the key points of improved breed expansion and propagation technology,and sorted out the operation rules of reproduction technology such as early breed selection,estrus identification,superovulation,artificial insemination,ovum pickup,embryo transfer,etc.,so as to provide theoretical basis for the standardized application of technology and the improvement of effect.We integrated and applied the existing breeding technology,strengthened the breeding management,fully tapped the breeding potential of fine breeding animals,and created a modern beef cattle breeding industry to provide favorable conditions.
