摘　　要：受新型冠状病毒和国际局势变化等影响,全球面临严峻的粮食短缺及安全的挑战。构建节粮型畜牧业是保障畜产品有效供给,缓解粮食供求矛盾,丰富居民膳食结构,建设我国可持续发展畜牧产业的重要途径。目前肉牛生产是典型耗粮、耗地型畜牧业。综述了节粮型肉牛生产的必要性、技术策略和组织策略,旨在为我国节粮型肉牛产业的发展提供思路和建议。Affected by COVID-19 and changes in the international situation,the world is facing severe food shortage and security challenge.Building a food-saving livestock industry is an important way to ensure the effective supply of livestock products,alleviate the contradiction between food supply and demand,enrich the dietary structure of residents and build a sustainable livestock industry in China.At present,beef cattle production is a typical grain-consuming and land-consuming livestock industry.The article reviews the necessity,technical strategy and organisational strategy of food-saving beef cattle production,aiming to provide ideas and suggestions for the development of grain-saving beef cattle industry in China.
