秘方的新生——安徽中草药群众运动中的断血流研发

摘　　要：本文简要梳理了全国及安徽中草药群众运动的成因及发展历史,揭示断血流由民间秘方、土作坊生产,到地方政府组织皖沪两地有关单位组成跨单位跨地区的协作团队,进行科学的实验研究、大量的临床观察研究、多轮的剂型和工艺改造及初显规范的药品鉴定后,最终促成以生产断血流片为主的现代化地方国营药厂建立的过程。认为断血流在短时间内由一剂民间验方到实现产业化,是科研事业中关键人物、有效组织、协同合作及尊重科学与专业的重要性等综合作用的结果,这一群众运动中的地方中药成功科学化的案例,值得被重新总结与思考。This article briefly summarizes the causes and development history of the mass movement of Chinese herbs in the whole country in addition to Anhui province.It reveals the process from folk secret recipes and earthen workshops,to the local government's organization of relevant units in Anhui and Shanghai in forming cross-unit and cross-regional cooperation,carrying out scientific experimental research,a large number of clinical observation and research,multi-rounds of dosage forms and process modifications,and the initial standardization of drug identification,and finally to the establishment of a modern,local,state-owned pharmaceutical factory mainly producing the Clinopodium tablets.That the Clinopodium Herba can go from a dose of folk prescription to industrialized production in a short period of time is believed to be the result of the combined effects of key figures,effective organization,collaborative cooperation,and respect for science and professionalism in scientific research.This case of the successful scientification of local traditional Chinese medicine in the mass movement deserves to be re-summarized and reconsidered.
