摘  要:球形氧化铝粉体具有优良的物理和化学性质,在陶瓷、化工、催化和军工等领域有着极其重要的应用。水热法是制备球形氧化铝粉体的常用方法之一,产物具有高结晶度、低团聚、粒径小且分布均匀等优点。综述了水热法制备球形氧化铝粉体的机制;介绍了铝盐中阴离子对产物形貌的影响和原理;概括了核-壳结构以及空心球的演变机理。在此基础上对相关技术的发展方向做了展望。Spherical alumina powder has excellent physical and chemical properties,and is widely used in ceramics,chemical industry,catalysts,military industry and other fields.The hydrothermal method is one of the common methods to prepare spherical alumina powder.The product has the advantages of high crystallinity,low agglomeration,small particle size and uniform distribution.In this paper,the mechanism of hydrothermal preparation of spherical alumina powder,the effect of anions on the morphology of products and the evolution mechanism of core-shell structure and hollow spheres were reviewed.Finally,the development of related technologies was prospected.
