摘 要:采用传统固相法于1300℃高温烧结下获得满足EIA标准中X7R要求的BaTiO_(3)-0.83mol%Y_(2)O_(3)-0.2mol%Nb_(2)O_(5)陶瓷,其介电性能为:ε_(r)=3034,tanδ=0.46%,ρ_(v)=5.76Ω·cm,ΔC/C(-55℃)=-12.87%,ΔC/C(125℃)=12.02%。重点从物相分析及微观形貌两个方面研究了Nb_(2)O_(5)对BaTiO_(3)-0.83mol%Y_(2)O_(3)基陶瓷介电性能的影响。结果表明,在BaTiO_(3)-0.83mol%Y_(2)O_(3)基陶瓷中,Nb_(2)O_(5)的引入会提高介电常数。因Nb^(5+)置换Y^(3+)而形成的氧空位和多孔不致密的微观形貌将会对BaTiO_(3)-0.83mol%Y_(2)O_(3)-xmol%Nb_(2)O_(5)陶瓷体的介电损耗有负影响。Nb_(2)O_(5)对居里峰强度的压制作用是使得BaTiO_(3)-0.83mol%Y_(2)O_(3)基陶瓷满足EIA标准中X7R要求的关键因素。In this work,BaTiO_(3)-0.83mol%Y_(2)O_(3)-0.2mol%Nb_(2)O_(5)ceramics meeting the requirements of EIA standard X7R were obtained by traditional solid-phase sintering at 1300℃.The dielectric properties are as follows:ε_(r)=3034,tanδ=0.46%,ρ_(v)=5.76Ω·cm,ΔC/C(-55℃)=-12.87%,ΔC/C(125℃)=12.02%.The effect of Nb_(2)O_(5)on dielectric properties of BaTiO_(3)-0.83mol%Y_(2)O_(3)based ceramics was studied from phase analysis and microstructure.The results show that the introduction of Nb_(2)O_(5)increases the dielectric constant of BaTiO_(3)-0.83mol%Y_(2)O_(3)based ceramics.The dielectric loss of BaTiO_(3)-0.83mol%Y_(2)O_(3)ceramics is negatively affected by the oxygen vacancy and porous morphology caused by the substitution of Y^(3+)by Nb^(5+).The suppression of Curie peak strength by Nb_(2)O_(5)is the key factor that makes BaTiO_(3)-0.83mol%Y_(2)O_(3)ceramics meet the requirements of X7R in EIA standard.
