摘 要:以火山灰及钾钠石粉为主要原料,无机硅基介孔材料为性能提升助剂材料,采用陶瓷砖生产工艺制备调湿陶瓷砖。重点研究了无机硅基介孔材料及釉料喷涂量对调湿砖性能的影响。实验结果表明:在硅基介孔材料添加量为2%、喷釉量为70 g/m^(2)时,制备出吸湿量为385 g/m^(2)、放湿量为370 g/m^(2),抗折强度达15.2 MPa的调湿陶瓷砖。In this study,volcanic ash and sodium potassium powder were used as the main raw materials,inorganic silica-based mesoporous materials were used as the performance enhancing materials,the ceramic tile was prepared by the production technology of ceramic tile.The effect of inorganic silica-based mesoporous materials and the amount of glaze sprayed on the properties of the humidity-controlling ceramic tile was studied with special emphasis.The experimental results show that the humidity-controlling ceramic tile with moisture absorbing volume of 385 g/m^(2),moisture releasing volume of 370 g/m^(2)and a flexural strength of 15.2 MPa was prepared when the amount of silica based mesoporous material was 2%and the amount of glaze spraying was 70 g/m^(2).
