摘　　要：通过在平面或浅凹凸模具砖坯上施加有利于类金属色发色的底釉,喷墨打印类金属纹理和颜色的设计图案,定位打印与图案设计相匹配的发色助熔剂层,烧后对应区域产生类似金属光泽,再覆盖一层具有防滑和润泽触感效果的保护釉,不仅增加颜色的稳定性,也增强产品的层次并突出类似金属的立体感,进而更好地模拟金属产品的效果。仿古砖所使用的功能墨水是一种低温熔剂,当该熔剂与表面覆盖釉结合,经窑炉烧成,发色助熔剂与覆盖釉发生反应,降低了覆盖釉的烧成温度,产品表面对应区域呈现较高的光泽度。同时通过3D喷墨打印发色熔剂,图案纹理细腻,且与底层有色墨水图案相结合,可形成图案和光泽具有层次感表面效果。This paper researches a preparation method to produce antique tiles with metallic colors and textures.The base glazes conducive to display metallic colors are applied on flat or shallow concave-convex mould tiles,then designed patterns with metallic textures and colors are printed through ink jet.Then color cosolvent layer matching the designed patterns is printed at patterns’location,the printed parts would display metallic luster after firing.Next a layer of protective glaze with anti-slip and moisturizing touching effect is covered,which helps to enhance not only color stability,but also the layer sense to highlight a metallic three-dimensional effect.The functional ink used in the preparation process is a kind of low-temperature flux,which is combined with the surface covering glaze.During the firing process,the flux reacts with the covering glaze,which helps to reduce the firing temperature of the covering glaze.The corresponding parts of product surface would present a higher luster.At the same time,the color flux printed by 3D ink jet helps to form exquisite patterns and a layered surface effect of pattern and luster when it is integrated with the base colored ink pattern.
