传承红色基因 构建中国自主知识体系的干部教育学学科

摘　　要：干部教育培训是建设高素质干部队伍的先导性、基础性、战略性工程,对推动中国式现代化建设、实现中华民族伟大复兴具有不可替代的重要作用。新时代对干部教育培训工作提出了更高更新的要求,提升干部教育培训科学化水平、全面提高干部教育培训工作者的素质能力成为新时代推进干部教育培训工作的关键基础。我国干部教育学学科建设起步晚,尚未形成系统的课程体系和学术思想与学术理论,且面临跨学科属性对学科发展带来的挑战,加之新时代对高素质干部队伍建设的高要求也增加了干部教育学学科建设的迫切性和难度。红色基因对干部教育学学科自主知识体系构建意义重大,其能为干部教育学学科建设注入思想动力和精神源泉。构建中国自主知识体系的干部教育学学科,需以红色基因作为指引,把握方向,坚持为党育人、为国育才;坚定理想信念,让忠诚干净入脑入心、把担当作为落到实处;与时俱进,基于干部成长规律持续完善干部教育学知识体系;理论联系实际,创新多样化教学方式方法;协同推进,多主体合作为学科建设提供政策保障。Cadre education and training is a leading,basic and strategic project to build a high-quality cadre team,and plays an irreplaceable role in promoting Chinese path to modernization and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The new era has put forward higher and updated requirements for cadre education and training work.Improving the scientific level of cadre education and training,and comprehensively improving the quality and ability of cadre education and training workers have become the key foundation for promoting cadre education and training work in the new era.The construction of the discipline of cadre education in China started late and has not yet formed a systematic curriculum system,academic ideas and theories.It is also facing challenges from interdisciplinary attributes to the development of the discipline.In addition,the requirements for the construction of high-quality cadre teams in the new era have also increased the urgency and difficulty of the discipline construction of cadre education.The red gene is of great significance for the construction of an independent knowledge system in the discipline of cadre education,as it can inject ideological motivation and spiritual source into the construction of the discipline of cadre education.The discipline of cadre education in building China's independent knowledge system needs to be guided by the red gene,grasp the direction,adhere to educating people for the Party and the country;firmly adhere to ideals and beliefs,let loyalty enter the mind and heart,and take responsibility as a reality;keeping up with the times and continuously improving the knowledge system of cadre education based on the growth laws of cadres;integrating theory with practice,innovating diversified teaching methods and methods;collaborative promotion and multi-agent cooperation provide policy support for discipline construction.
