敏化剂含量对乳化炸药在高原环境下的影响

摘  要:为探究不同密度的乳化炸药在高原地区的适用情况,将5种不同敏化剂含量的乳化炸药经过高原环境的模拟,观测其高原环境模拟前后敏化气泡变化情况,并对其高原模拟前后密度与爆速变化进行分析。实验结果表明,化学敏化的乳化炸药经过低温低压环境储存后,由于敏化气泡发生膨胀、聚集和逃逸,导致乳化炸药密度和爆速降低,但随着敏化剂加入量的不同,降低幅度不同。在实验制备的乳化炸药样品中,高原环境下,敏化剂含量为0.4%时达到最大爆速;常温常压条件下,在0.6%时达到最大爆速。表明在高海拔地区乳化炸药生产时,应当适当地降低化学敏化的乳化炸药敏化剂含量,使得乳化炸药具有更好的爆轰性能。In order to explore the application of emulsion explosives with different densities in the plateau area,five kinds of emulsion explosives with different sensitizing agent contents are placed in a simulated plateau environment.The changes of sensitized bubbles are observed before and after the plateau environment simulation,and the changes of density and detonation velocity are analyzed.The experimental results show that the density and detonation velocity of sensitized emulsion explosive decreases due to the expansion and aggregation of sensitized bubbles after storage in low temperature and low pressure environment.However,the decreased degree varies with the amount of added sensitizer.Among the emulsion explosive samples prepared in the experiment,detonation velocity reaches the highest when the sensitizer content is 0.4%in the plateau environment,and detonation velocity reaches the highest at 0.6%under normal temperature and pressure conditions.The results show that when emulsion explosive is produced in high altitude area,the sensitizer content of emulsion explosive should be reduced to make the emulsified explosive have better detonation performance.
