摘 要:随着火电机组蒸汽参数的提高,蛇形管高加换热管的计算厚度越来越大,给蛇形管高加制造难度、制造成本以及安全性带来系列问题。换热管名义厚度不仅取决于计算厚度,而且也与弯管制造工艺密切相关。过往的换热管强度计算没有给出应力与弯管工艺之间的定量关系。研究了换热管弯头段的环向应力和弯管壁厚、圆度偏差之间的关系,提出了一种基于不等壁厚非圆截面的换热管壁厚计算方法,并将外壁面环向应力计算结果与实测数据比较,指出弯管截面圆度偏差产生的弯曲应力对弯管强度有影响。With the increase of steam parameter,the calculation thickness of the tube for high pressure serpentine heater is increasing.The nominal thickness of the tube not only depends on the calculated thickness,but is also closely related to the tube bending process.In the past strength calculation method,the quantitative relationship between the stress and the tube bending process was not given.In this paper,the relationship between the circumferential stress of the elbow section of the tube and the wall thickness and out-of-roundness of the elbow is studied,and a method for calculating the wall thickness of the heat exchange tube based on the non-circular section of the unequal wall thickness is proposed.Comparing the calculated results of the circumferential stress on the outer wall with the measured data,it is pointed out that the bending stress caused by the out-of-roundness has an influence on the strength of the bend.
