摘 要:随着科技快速发展,新一轮科技技术革命,永磁同步电机因高效节能快速发展,相对其他传统电机,具有组装方便、效率高优点,但是严峻的电机市场形势对电机振动噪声有着严格控制要求,电机振动噪声不仅对人耳造成刺痛感,而且对电机配套相关设备可靠性运行造成影响,因此现以4极永磁同步电机为例,通过有限元对定子槽口宽度、气隙长度进行仿真分析,并对电机气隙结构、永磁体进行优化,获得最佳的电机性能。With the rapid development of science and technology and a new round revolution of science and technology,the PMSM has rapidly developed due to high efficiency and energy saving.It has the advantages of convenient assembly and high efficiency compared with other traditional motors,but has strict control requirements for the vibration and noise of the motors because of the severe market situation.The vibration and noise of the motor not only causes a tingling sensation to the human ear,but also affects the reliable operation of the related equipment matched with the motors.Therefore,this paper takes a 4-pole PMSM as an example to simulate and analyze the width of stator slot opening and the length of air gap by finite-element method,optimize the air-gap structure and permanent magnets,and obtain the best performance.
