摘　　要：叙述了6kV级高压分瓣式矿用磨机定子线圈的结构特点和制造难点,以某型矿用磨机定子线圈的制造生产过程为实例,介绍了该类型定子线圈成型工艺、生产过程遇到的问题及相应的解决方案,为今后同类型电机产品的线圈加工工艺提供关键技术支撑。This paper introduces the structural characteristics and manufacturing difficulties of the stator coil of a 6kV high-voltage segmented mine mill.Taking the manufacturing and production process of a particular type of mine mill stator coil as an example,this paper introduces the formation process,problems encountered during production and corresponding solutions of the coils,which will provide the key technical support for the coil processing technology of similar motors in future.
