摘 要:与传统异步电动机相比,永磁无刷直流电机不仅具有高功率因数,较大起动转矩,可靠的运行能力,而且具有控制方式简单,调速性能平滑特点。但是,随着国际市场打开,我国电机产品不能进入国际市场原因之一,就是噪声指标不符合国际要求,因此,加强电机振动与噪声研究已成为当下研究迫切需要,现以永磁无刷直流电机为例,对国内外该电机研究现状进行调查,通过对电机电磁噪声进行解析计算和有限元分析,对比分析极槽配合、极弧因素、永磁体以及定子槽尺寸等因素,得出影响永磁无刷直流电机噪声控制方法。Compared with traditional induction motors,the permanent magnet brushless DC motors not only have the advantages of high power factor,large starting torque and reliable operation ability,but also have the characteristics of simple control mode and smooth speed regulation performance.However,with the opening of the international market,one of the reasons why China′s motor products can not enter the international market is that the noise index of the motor does not meet the international requirements.Therefore,strengthening the research on motor vibration and noise has become an urgent need at present.Taking the permanent magnet brushless DC motor as an example,this paper investigates the current research status of the motor at home and abroad.Through the analytic calculation and finite-element analysis of the electromagnetic noise of the motor,the factors such as pole-slot matching,pole arc factor,permanent magnets and stator groove size are compared to obtain the control methods of affecting the noise of permanent magnet brushless DC motors.
