摘 要:随着电动汽车普及,轮毂电机因体积小、效率高,已成为研究焦点,作为电动汽车动力输出设备,具有调速范围大、转速高等特点,但同时作为电动车一部分,与传统发动机比较,仍存在刺耳的噪声,在产品快速升级的时代,研究轮毂电机振动噪声已迫在眉睫。因此,以轮毂电机为例,从设计环节入手,通过有限元仿真电机噪声,并对转子结构、齿部辅助槽进行分析,得出降低噪声方案。With the popularity of electric vehicles,the wheel hub motor has become the research focus due to its small size and high efficiency.As the power output equipment of electric vehicle,the motor has the characteristics of wide variable-speed range and high speed,but as a part of electric vehicle,it will make the driver harsh noise compared with the traditional engine meanwhile.In the rapid upgrade era of products,it is extremely urgent to research the vibration and noise of wheel hub motor.Therefore,starting from the motor design,this paper takes the wheel hub motor as an example to simulate motor noise by finite-element software and obtain the noise reduction scheme by analyzing the rotor structure and tooth auxiliary slot.
