农村教育水平对收入的影响及其减贫效应

摘　　要：文章基于人力资本理论,运用2018年CFPS调查数据,建立OLS模型,实证分析了农村居民个体受教育程度对其收入的影响。结果表明,农村居民个体收入与受教育程度呈正相关且农村个体受教育程度对其收入的影响主要存在性别以及工作性质的差异,并提出持续增加教育财政投入、优化公共教育支出结构、推动城乡统筹发展等政策建议,以期缓解农村贫困状况。According to the theory of human capital,the paper establishes the OSL model using the data of CFPS in 2018 to analyze the impact of individual rural residents'educational level on their income empirically.The results show that the individual income of rural residents is positively correlated with the level of education,and the influence of the level of education of rural individuals on their income mainly has differences in gender and work nature.The paper also try to put forward policy suggestions:continuously increasing financial in-vestment in education;optimizing the structure of public education expenditure;promoting the pace of integrated development of urban and rural areas,in order to alleviate rural poverty.
