全域生态旅游背景下资源—社会经济—环境复合系统耦合协调度及障碍因素分析

摘　　要：论文以全域生态旅游为研究背景,构建了资源—社会经济—环境指标体系,运用主成分分析法和耦合协调度模型测算耦合协调度,采用障碍度模型分析影响协调发展的障碍因素。以中国武平县为案例地,研究发现:(1)武平县资源—社会经济—环境系统的综合评价水平逐年上升,总体向更好状态转变;(2)发展模式可以分为四个阶段:2009—2013年为资源导向型、2014—2015年为经济发展型、2016—2017年为生态引领型和2018—2020年为经济发展型;(3)从均值看,武平县复合系统耦合度处于高水平耦合状态,耦合协调度呈初级协调,相较于三系统的耦合协调度,双系统的耦合协调度整体上更为稳定,武平县全域生态旅游三个系统彼此之间还存在某种程度牵制;(4)地区生产总值增长率、环境治理、环境污染和生态修复能力是阻碍复合系统协调发展的重要指标。Taking all-for-one tourism as the research background,the study constructed a resource-socio-economic-environment index system.With the principal component analysis,coupling coordination degree model and obstacle degree model,it further empirically analyzed the coordination degree and obstacle factors that affect coordinated development.The study found that:(1)the comprehensive evaluation level of Wuping County's resource-socio-economic-environment system has been increasing year by year,and the overall situation has changed to a better state.(2)The development model can be divided into four stages:from 2009 to 2013,it was resource-oriented;From 2014 to 2015,it was economic-oriented;From 2016 to 2017,it was eco-leading;From 2018 to 2020,it was economic-oriented.(3)As we can see from the average value,the coupling degree of Wuping County's composite system is in high-level coupling state,and it's coordination is at primary coordination level.(4)Compared with the degree of coupling and coordination of the three systems,the degree of coupling and coordination of the two systems is more stable.The three systems of ecological tourism in Wuping County still have a certain degree of restraint between each other.(4)Regional GDP growth rate,environmental governance,environmental pollution and ecological restoration capabilities are important indicators that hinder coordinated development of complex systems.
