摘　　要：论文采用全国30个省份2006—2019年的相关数据,运用SBM模型测算各区域绿色经济效率,同时利用Tobit模型和空间杜宾模型,实证检验环境规制对区域绿色经济效率的直接影响效应,并建立中介机制模型对影响路径进行分析。研究发现:(1)区域绿色经济效率长期处于偏低水平且绿色经济效率呈现自东向西递减的特点;(2)环境规制与区域绿色经济效率之间存在“U”型关系,且空间溢出效应明显;(3)环境规制通过技术创新促进了绿色经济效率提升,但是产业结构升级的中介效应不明显。This paper uses the data of 30 provinces in China from 2006 to 2019,and first calculates the green economic efficiency of each region through the SBM model.Then,using the Tobit model and the spatial Durbin model,we empirically test the direct impact of environmental regulation on the efficiency of regional green economy,and establish an intermediary mechanism model to test the impact path.The research shows that:(1)The regional green economic efficiency has been at a low level for a long time,and the green economic efficiency has the characteristics of decreasing from east to west.(2)The impact of environmental regulation on regional green economic efficiency is in a"U"-shaped relationship,and the spatial spillover effect is obvious.(3)Environmental regulation drives green economic efficiency through technological innovation,and the intermediary effect of industrial structure upgrading is not obvious.
