摘 要:旨在研究生物发酵饲料(biofermented feed, BF)对断奶仔猪生长性能、炎症信号和肠道菌群的影响。选取132头35日龄健康、体重相近(11.25±1.65) kg的“杜长大”三元杂断奶仔猪,按照公母各半的原则随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复22头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂基础日粮+4%BF。预试期5 d,正试期26 d,饲养试验结束后采集仔猪血清和肠道等相关样品用于后续检测。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验组平均日采食量(ADFI)显著升高(P<0.05);下丘脑神经肽Y(NPY)和刺鼠相关蛋白(AgRP)mRNA表达量显著升高(P<0.05);血清葡萄糖和甘油三酯含量显著降低(P<0.05),而瘦素、胰岛素和皮质醇含量极显著降低(P<0.01),白蛋白、尿素氮和尿酸的含量极显著升高(P<0.01);血清中炎症因子白介素-4(IL-4)和IL-10显著升高(P<0.05),IL-1β显著降低(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)极显著降低(P<0.01);十二指肠和回肠黏膜中IL-4表达量显著降低(P<0.05)。试验组组梭状芽胞杆菌属_1(Clostridium_sensu_stricto_1)丰度降低6.28%(P<0.05),土孢杆菌属(Terrisporobacter)降低6.68%(P<0.01),瘤胃球菌属(Ruminococcus)升高0.4%(P<0.05)。研究表明,日粮中添加4%生物发酵饲料能够改善机体炎症,调节仔猪肠道微生物区系,促进仔猪采食。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of a novel biofermented feed(BF)on the growth performance,inflamma-tory signal and intestinal microbiota of weaned piglets.A total of 132 healthy weaning piglets at 35 d of age and with similar body weight of(11.251.65)kg were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group and the experimental group,with 3 replicates per group and 22 piglets per replicate.The pigs of the control group were fed with basal diet,and those of the experimental group(4%BF)were fed with basal diet+4%BF.The pre-trial period was 5 days and the formal trial period lasted for 26 days.Serum and intestine samples were collected from the piglets after the feeding test for subsequent tests.The results were:compared with the piglets of the control group,the pig-lets of the experimental group presented the following physiological and biological changes:Their average feed intake(ADFI)was signifi-cantly increased(P<0.05).The mRNA expressions of neuropeptide Y(NPY)and agouti gene-related protein(AgRP)in their hypothalamus were significantly increased(P<0.05).The contents of glucose(Glu)and triglyceride(TG)in their serum were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the levels of leptin,insulin and cortisol in the animals were significantly decreased(P<0.01).The contents of albumin(ALB),urea nitrogen(BUN)and uric acid(UA)in their serum were significantly increased(P<0.O1),but inflammatory cytokines interleukin-4(IL-4)and IL-10 in their serum were significantly increased(P<0.05).IL-1β in them was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and their tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)was significantly decreased(P<0.01).The expression of IL-4 in duodenum and ileum mucosa in these piglets was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The abundance of Clostridium_sensu_stricto_1 and Terrisporobacter in them were significantly decreased by 6.28%(P<0.05)and 6.68%(P<0.01),respectively.And their Ruminococcus was significantly increased by 0.4%(P<0.05).In summary,supplementation of 4%biofermented feed to the diet impr
