摘 要:为了评价由厚朴、葫芦茶、鬼针草和地榆炭组成的厚朴复方对鸡球虫病的治疗效果,试验将120只1日龄的三黄鸡随机分为4组,分别为阴性对照组(正常饲喂)、阳性对照组(感染球虫不治疗)、厚朴复方组(3%粉末添加)、地克珠利组(0.2 mL/L饮水)。雏鸡14日龄空腹称重后,除阴性对照组外,均灌服2×10^(4)个柔嫩艾美耳球虫孢子化卵囊,连续给药7 d,观察鸡只死亡情况、临床症状,并于21日龄处死雏鸡并统计每克粪便卵囊数(OPG)、存活率、相对增重率、血便评分、盲肠病变值、盲肠组织病理学以及血清酶活性变化。结果表明:厚朴复方(3%粉末添加)的抗球虫指数(ACI)为144.25,达到中等抗球虫效果,可以降低血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)的活性,提高血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的浓度,缓解由鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫导致的盲肠损伤,并降低雏鸡血便排出量。研究表明,在日粮中添加3%的厚朴复方可以在一定程度上治疗雏鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫病。In order to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the traditional Chinese medicine compound composed of Magnolia oficinalis,gourd tea,Bidens pilosa and Sanguisorba charcoal on coccidiosis in chickens,1201-day old Sanhuang chickens were obtained and randomly divid-ed into four groups,namely,the negative control group(with normal feeding),the positive control group(with no treatment for coccidia in-fection),the Magnolia oficinalis compound group(with 3% powder supplementation),and the Dikezhuli group(with 0.2 ml/L drinking water).Except those of the negative control group,the test chicks were weighed with an empty stomach at the age of 14 days,and were all given 2×10^(4) sporulated oocysts of Eimeria tenella for 7 consecutive days.Then,the mortality and clinical symptoms of the chickens were ob-served.And,at the age of 21 days,the chickens were killed and the number of oocysts per gram(OPG),survival rate,relative weight gain rate,blood stool score,pathological changes in cecum,histopathology of cecum and changes in serum enzyme activity were measured.The results showed that the anti-coccidiosis index(ACI)of the Magnolia oficinalis compound(3% powder addition)was 144.25,reaching the moderate anti coccidiosis effect,reducing the activities of serum alanine aminotransferases(ALT),aspartate aminotransferases(AST),and increasing total protein(TP),albumin(ALB).The concentration level of alkaline phosphatase(ALP)alleviated the cecal injury caused by Eimeria tenella and reduced the blood feces output of the chicks.These results indicated that 3%compound magnolia officinalis was effective in treating Eimeria tenella coccidiosis in chickens to some extent.
