摘  要:牛结节性皮肤病(lumpy skin disease, LSD)是由痘病毒科山羊痘病毒属的结节性皮肤病病毒(lumpy skin disease virus, LSDV)感染牛而引起的一种热性、接触性、嗜上皮性病毒病。2019年8月3日,我国首次在新疆维吾尔自治区伊犁州确诊暴发了牛结节性皮肤病疫情,目前LSD已扩散至我国东南、西南、中部及北部等大部分地区且呈蔓延态势。对LSD高效、准确、快速的诊断,是成功控制和根除LSD的基础。本文对LSD的临床特征、病原学、分子生物学和血清学等诊断方法进行综述,为LSD快速有效的诊断及科学防控提供理论支持。Lumpy skin disease(LSD)is a contagious,fever-viral disease in cattle caused by the lumpy skin disease virus(LSDV)which belongs to the capripoxvirus genus of the family Poxviridae.On August 3,2019,the first LSD outbreak was confirmed in Qapqal Xibe Auton-omous County,Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture of the Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region in China.At present,the LSD outbreak has spread to the southeast,southwest,central and northern regions in the country,and is rapidly spreading to other adjoining areas.It is essen-tial that successful control and eradication of LSD in the pandemic areas depends on rapid,accurate and efficient diagnosis methods.The pa-per summarizes the clinical characteristics,pathogenesis,serological diagnostic and molecular biology techniques of LSD,which hopefully provides theoretical support for rapid and effective diagnosis and scientific prevention and control of LSD.
