摘　　要：目的探究蜂针疗法治疗偏头痛的作用机制。方法通过查阅文献资料及临床验案,在总结既往与偏头痛、蜂针疗法相关的古今文献的基础上,总结了偏头痛发病的中医病因病机和西医发病机制,再结合临床中应用蜂针治疗偏头痛的案例,分析探究蜂针疗法治疗偏头痛的作用机制。结果蜂针通过“药、针、灸”三方面对偏头痛起到治疗作用,且与单用药物、针刺或温灸治疗相比,蜂针疗效更佳。临床案例分析发现,通过对患者进行蜂毒肽穴位注射治疗,经初诊、二诊和三诊后,患者自诉头痛症状消失,睡眠明显改善。结论蜂针疗法治疗偏头痛的作用机制为药物、针刺、温灸作用相结合,且疗效优于单一运用药物、针刺、温灸疗法治疗偏头痛。Objective To explore the mechanism of the bee needle therapy in the treatment of migraine.Methods This study summarized the ancient and modern literature related to migraine and the bee needle therapy,summarized the traditional Chinese medicine etiology and pathogenesis of migraine,as well as the western medicine pathogenesis through literature review and clinical trials,combining with clinical cases of treating migraine by bee needle therapy,and analyzing and exploring the mechanism of bee needle therapy in treating migraine.Results Bee acupuncture had a therapeutic effect on migraine through three aspects of“medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion”,and it had a better therapeutic effect than the single use of medicine,acupuncture or warm moxibustion.Clinical case analysis found that by administering melittin acupoint injection therapy to the patient,after initial,secondary,and tertiary diagnosis,the patient’s headache symptoms disappeared and sleep improved significantly.Conclusion The therapeutic mechanism of bee needle therapy for migraine was a combination of medication,acupuncture,and warm moxibustion,and its efficacy was superior to the single use of medication,acupuncture,or warm moxibustion therapy for migraine.
