摘  要:Ilizarov技术已在矫形外科、修复重建及颌面外科广泛应用,然而其促进骨愈合的分子作用机制目前仍不十分清楚。骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)是牵张成骨中不可缺少的部分,间充质干细胞(MSCs)增殖与骨向分化有许多的信号通路参与。本文以Ilizarov技术牵张成骨为研究的主线,从骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)-Smad/整合素(integrin)/哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)和Wnt/β-catenin信号通路转导途径,就信号通路对Ilizarov技术牵张成骨调节作用的研究进展进行综述。Ilizarov technology has been widely used in orthopedics,repair and reconstruction,and maxillofacial surgery.However,the mechanism by which it promotes bone healing is still not very clear.Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)are an indispensable part of distraction osteogenesis,with a large number of signaling pathways mediating marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)proliferation and osteogenic differentiation.This article took Ilizarov distraction osteogenesis as the main research topic,and summarized the research progress of signaling pathways on Ilizarov technique distraction osteogenesis from bone morphogenetic protein(BMP)-Smad/integrin/mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)and Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway transduction pathway.
