摘  要:本文建立了纯逆流干式壳管蒸发器分配器两相流分配模型,分析了分配器结构和节流孔径对分流均匀性的影响,并对分配器进行了结构优化设计。实验验证表明,模型能够准确预测分流器的性能。前端不开孔的分配器分配特性较好;缩小节流孔有助于两相制冷剂的均匀分配,对于前端不开孔的分配器,节流孔缩小使得换热量最大可提高39.6%;对于前端开孔的分配器,节流孔缩小使得换热量最大可提高36.5%。In this paper,the model of the distribution performance of the distributor in counter flow dry-expansion shell-tube evaporator is developed,and the influence of the structure and throttle hole diameter of the distributor on the two-phase flow distribution performance is analysed,and the structure of the distributor is optimized.The experimental results show that the model can accurately predict the performance of the distribution.The distribution characteristic of the distributor without opening hole at the front is better than that of distributor with opening hole.The decrement of the throttle hole diameter is conducive to the uniform distribution of the two-phase refrigerant.For the distributor without opening hole at the front,the decrement of the throttle hole diameter makes the heat transfer increase by 39.6%;for the distributor with the front opening hole,the decrement of the throttle hole diameter makes the heat transfer increase by 36.5%.
